We seek a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration and to support residents with personal care in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating with pharmacies and physicians, maintaining records, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; LVN preferred.
• Must be able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through collaboration with staff and other departments.
