Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a responsible Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support licensed nurses with safe medication administration and resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting accurately, taking vital signs, and stocking/maintaining medication carts. Emphasis on teamwork, compassion, and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA).
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and ready to provide outstanding care.
• Ability to work well with a team and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administering routine medications under nurse supervision.
• Observe residents for changes and report promptly.
• Documenting all medication administration per policies.
• Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management.
• Take vitals, perform dose calculations, stock carts, remove discontinued meds.
• Store and handle medications safely and securely.
• Respond to resident needs and assist with direct care tasks.
