Job summary

Langdon Place of Nashua in Nashua, NH is seeking a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to support residents with compassion and professionalism during the 11PM–7AM shift. As an MNA you will assist licensed nursing staff with safe medication administration, document all actions, monitor residents for changes, and respond to needs while maintaining accuracy and calmness.

Qualifications

• NH MNA certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and report promptly.
• Document all medication administration according to facility policies.
• Follow written and verbal instructions related to medication management.
• Take vital signs, perform dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications.
