• Certification as MLS/MLT/CLS/MT by ASCP/AMT/AAB or equivalent.
• Must meet CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests accurately and timely as requested by physicians and facilities.
• Maintain records of test results and proficiency testing.
• Adhere to quality control policies and calibrations.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting test performance.
• Verify results and communicate effectively with care teams.
