Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per facility standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in condition.
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Participate in education and in-service programs.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
