Job summary

Crawford Care Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full-Time roles with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for select shifts, including 3p–11p and 11p–7a. The position offers benefits and opportunities to join a dedicated care team.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. All hires pass pre-employment screening and PA background checks as required. Sign-on bonus paid bi-weekly over two years.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions.
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies.
• Communicate with physicians, supervisors, and families.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in facility education and in-service programs.
