Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Human Services or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• Licensed or license eligible.
• Experience in mental health, eating disorders and/or substance abuse treatment is preferred.
• Knowledge of human behavior, motivation, group dynamics, and behavioral therapy principles.

Responsabilités

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients to support the treatment plan.
• Provide individual patient support through group monitoring and maintain a safe milieu.
• Attend required group supervision with supervisor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
• Report changes in patient status to Site Director/therapist and adjust treatment plan.
• Monitor and document patient progress toward treatment goals.
• De-escalate potential crises using least restrictive methods.
• Complete documentation per policies and ensure progress notes reflect goals.
