Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field.
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings preferred.
• LPC or LCSW licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for in person and virtual appointments.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document history and identify treatment focus.
• Provide group and family therapies using various modalities.
• Document progress notes and contact with family and agencies.
• Develop and coordinate an individualized discharge plan.
