Job summary

Brentwood Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana seeks a Part-time Outpatient Therapist (LPC or LCSW) for 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, Tue–Thu. You will provide psychosocial assessments and individual, group and family therapies for adults, adolescents and children, within a supportive treatment program.

You will document daily progress notes, help plan discharge, and identify aftercare resources with the treatment team. Travel to satellite clinics may be required to provide support.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling or related field.
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings preferred.
• Licensed as LPC or LCSW required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document history and identify treatment focus.
• Provide group and family process‑oriented therapies and conduct educational groups for patients and families.
• Daily progress notes summarizing patient progress and contacts with family or community.
• Develops and coordinates an individualized discharge plan with the treatment team and resources.
• Willing to travel to satellite clinics to provide support when needed.
