Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Order Picker in Romeoville, IL to support the fulfillment process within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will pick orders with an RF scanner, prepare shipments, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires RF scanner experience, the ability to stand and lift for extended periods, and a 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm) with potential overtime. A background check is required and opportunities for growth exist within the team.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience required.
• Packing experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Background check - Criminal - Local.
• Must be available to work OT.
