Job summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a Cherry Picker/Order Picker II in Shorewood, IL to support warehouse operations and inventory control. You will move and pick products using powered equipment and RF scanning tools to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a cherry picker or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment, primarily cherry pickers, safely and efficiently.
• Pick products from racking and transport to the dock for shipment.
• Put away inbound product from the dock to storage locations.
• Accurately scan and pick items using RF gun or handheld scanner.
• Follow warehouse layouts for efficient handling and inventory tracking.
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and MSDS standards.
