ECHO Incorporated in Lake Zurich, IL, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Material Handler to join our Distribution/Warehouse team. You will pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. This role supports daily operations with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Prior forklift and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Support team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
