Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Coordinator, After Hours at Paoli Hospital to oversee post-procedure operations and staffing after hours. This role ensures patient flow, equipment readiness, and coordination of OR personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 3+ years as an Operating Room Staff Nurse, scrubbing experience, PA RN license, and RN Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred). CNOR desired. Full-time, evening schedule with on-call nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior Operating Room Staff Nurse experience required.
• Scrubbing experience required.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing surgical services after business hours; including the flow of patient care, inventory and equipment management, and coordination of ancillary personnel.
• Ensuring the unit is prepared for the next day and scheduling changes regarding staffing or patient flow are made.
