Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate unit activities with hospital departments.
• Ensure a positive, safe work environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Direct patient care when needed and oversee delivery of quality nursing care.
