Job summary

Wendy's Kosciusko location is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to oversee restaurant operations during non-service hours and to assist the unit manager with supervision during service hours. You will supervise opening and closing activities, provide work direction to crew, monitor labor and waste, and ensure adherence to the Operational Procedures Manual and safety policies.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises open and close activities during non-service hours.
• Provides work direction to crew members.
• Addresses performance problems of crew members that require immediate attention; refers to unit manager for discipline.
• Follows all procedures in the Operational Procedures Manual.
• Ensures time card accuracy and wage/hour compliance during non-service shift.
• Maintains safe working conditions by following safety and security policies.
