Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a result-driven restaurant leader for the closing shift. You will manage drive-thru operations, ensure nightly shutdowns, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers overtime opportunities, paid vacation, and benefits after six months with company contributions. Expect a 40-hour+ workweek with some evening shifts and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive thru.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• A guest advocate—do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on style of leadership
• Upbeat personality
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Close shift 5 days per week, starting between 2–5pm; Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.
• Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
• Role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.
