The role is about 40 hours per week, with overtime for top performers. Expect high standards of service, hands-on leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction while maintaining quality and safety. You will oversee menu standards, staff supervision, and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experienced restaurant leader with drive-thru experience.
• High standards of operational execution and nightly shutdown.
• A guest advocate—do not let anyone leave unhappy!
• Hands-on leadership style with an upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu items
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead the closing shift 5 days per week, with Fri–Sun required.
• Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sun–Thu and 11pm Fri–Sat.
• Role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.
