Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and security of an assigned school facility.
• Set up and take down equipment for meetings and events; provide emergency cleaning as needed.
• Lock/unlock buildings and monitor alarms per procedures; report security concerns.
• Operate power equipment; wash windows, walls and surfaces; handle floors and carpets.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and care of sidewalks, driveways and outdoor spaces.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff and the public for safety and service.
