Job summary

Beaumont Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, primarily after-hours. You will work autonomously, coordinating with physicians and supporting families while ensuring high-quality care.

The role requires residing in Ohio and managing time effectively during after-hours shifts. This salaried position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, a competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, 401k

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment.
• Minimum one year RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Home health experience preferred; valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care at patients’ homes as directed by the attending physician.
• Respond to after-hours needs and work autonomously with efficient time management.
• If after-hours demand is low, assist with chart reviews or patient calls from home.

HOW YOU’LL WORK

You will support patients by responding to after-hours needs. You’ll provide skilled nursing care in a patient’s home as directed by the attending physician. You will work autonomously, so you need to be efficient in managing your time. You’ll be responsible for all practices and duties within the scope of practice outlined by the state. If there are minimal to no after-hours needs during your shift, you will help with chart review or patient phone calls from your home.

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse with current license in the state of employment. Minimum one-year experience as an RN in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name as a driver. Designated workspace at home to assist with chart reviews if there are minimal to no after-hours needs. Capable of all physical demands.
