Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals for PT/Evening and On-Call roles in Kansas. You will support people served to learn daily living skills and live as independently as possible, providing guidance and emotional support.

You should be a natural helper with strong listening and communication skills, reliable, and prepared to handle various tasks including housekeeping and meal prep. Training is provided; 18+ required; driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
• No experience or educational requirements needed; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities to promote independence.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals.
• Monitor comfort and safety and meet medical, nutritional and personal care needs as required.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
