Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. You will provide support and guidance to individuals as they learn daily living skills, helping them live as independently as possible. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and ongoing advocacy in a people-first environment.

You will assist with skill development, goal achievement, safety monitoring, and basic housekeeping tasks, while demonstrating patience and strong teamwork. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; thorough training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching and squatting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and life activities in a supportive environment.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals to live their best life.
• Monitor safety, comfort, and personal care needs of those served.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry.
