Hyatt Regency San Francisco is seeking an On-call Bar Attendant for PM shifts to support our evening beverage operations. This role offers an on-call schedule with no guaranteed weekly shifts, and a competitive hourly pay of $25.36.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Strong understanding of bar operations and beverage service.
• Experience as barback, bar attendant, bartender, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to support multiple bartenders in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support up to three bartenders per shift.
• Prepare and replenish fresh juices, garnishes, mixers, syrups, and other bar mise en place.
• Ensure all bar stations are stocked before and during service.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, ice, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies.
• Complete beverage requisitions and assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of bar areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Assist bartenders with food delivery and other operational tasks.
• Monitor supply levels and communicate shortages to leaders.
