The VIOS Clinic in New York is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee evening nursing operations in a public-service care setting. You will supervise, coach, and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, safe resident care and thorough clinical documentation.

You will monitor resident conditions, provide clinical oversight for assessments and care delivery, coordinate with families and healthcare providers, and respond to urgent needs while maintaining compliant shift operations.

Competenze

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated nursing experience with leadership capability.
• Preferred: prior supervisory experience and BLS certification.
