Schervier Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in the Bronx seeks a compassionate RN Supervisor for the evening shift. You will lead nursing staff, ensure resident care continuity, and coordinate activities across units.

The role requires NY RN license, prior RN experience in a nursing home, and strong supervisory skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive leadership team in a 364-bed facility near the Hudson River.

Formación

• RN license and NY certification required.
• Prior RN experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing staff across assigned units.
• Ongoing evaluation of staff performance to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts by supervising CNAs and other staff.
• Collaborate with nursing, other departments, and medical providers to maintain high-quality care.
