Job summary
The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Everett is seeking an Evening Nursing Supervisor/Manager for a 3pm-11pm (M-F) schedule to lead clinical staff and ensure high-quality resident care. This role rewards experience with premium compensation and a strong benefits package.
Applicants must hold MA-state RN or LPN licensure, with at least three years of nursing experience (one year in long-term or sub-acute care) and supervisory capabilities, plus CPR, Accucheck and IV Therapy certifications.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program is required.
- Three years of experience with at least one year in long-term or sub-acute care.
- Current MA State RN or LPN license; CPR, Accucheck, and IV Therapy certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the resource to staff in clinical and managerial decision making.
- Participates in inspections and ensures appropriate assessment of residents.
- Develops, implements, and communicates residents' plan of care.
- Monitors nursing staff documentation and reports issues to the Director of Nursing.
- Ensures disciplinary actions are fair and non-discriminatory.
