Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care in a 132-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a yearly salary in the $93,000–$99,000 range. The ideal candidate holds an MA RN or LPN license with BLS CPR and 5+ years of nursing experience, including 1–2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Current, active MA RN or LPN license required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum five years nursing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure safe, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans and interdisciplinary communication.
• Support accurate documentation per clinical standards.
• Resolve clinical concerns involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility goals.
