Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure safe, high‑quality resident care in a 132‑bed facility. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday 3 PM–11:30 PM with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus after 90 days and a salary of $93,000–$99,000 per year.

You will coordinate care plans, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a culture of passion, respect, and excellence across interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active MA RN or LPN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience in healthcare, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication and leadership skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans and facilitate timely interdisciplinary communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical standards.
• Respond to clinical concerns and support issue resolution with residents and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and facility clinical goals.
