Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in a 132-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

The role requires an active MA RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and 5+ years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities. The position is full-time, evenings, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a yearly salary range of $93,000–$99,000.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience in healthcare with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care delivery.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility policies governing nursing care.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure timely communication across teams.
• Support accurate documentation in line with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Address clinical concerns and assist in resolving issues involving residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support facility-wide goals.

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
