Job summary

Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing facility. As an LPN with leadership skills, you will oversee resident care, coordinate with families and doctors, and respond to emergencies during off-hours.

You’ll bring VA LPN licensure, at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred), and a calm, decisive presence.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in VA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision‑making.
• Passion for elder care and a team‑first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
• Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence.
• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care.
