Qualifications

• Must have current NJ RN or LPN license.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening nursing operations and staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality resident care during the shift.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow for the evening.
