• Patient care activities: document care, monitor patient conditions, and escalate changes to licensed staff.
• Safety: follow universal precautions, proper body mechanics, and safeguarding equipment and patient belongings.
• Time management: prioritize tasks, coordinate with team, and seek assistance to complete duties.
