Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; 30 days to obtain after hire.
• Skills/Abilities: Able to read, write, and perform basic four-function math; basic computer skills; good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients as delegated by the RN and complete ADLs.
• Take and record vital signs (as directed).
• Assist with intake/output and nutrition needs (meal setup, feeding).
• Perform basic clinical procedures under supervision as needed.
• Support infection control and patient safety measures.
