Job summary

Jade Financial is seeking a dedicated Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead the nursing unit with compassion and professionalism. You will oversee day-to-day clinical staff activities, complete required record keeping for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, and prepare medications as ordered in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois nursing license (RN or LPN), can work Monday–Friday 4pm–12:30am, promotes teamwork, maintains high ethics, and can make

Qualifications

• Nursing license required by state (RN or LPN).
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 4pm–12:30am.
• Compliant with Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Promote and facilitate teamwork.
• Demonstrate a high standard of ethics.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the clinical staff.
• Complete required record keeping on resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Make daily rounds of units in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify daily staffing and redistribute to maintain proper ratios.
• Collaborate with charge nurses on resident care and well-being.
• Respond to emergencies throughout the shift.
• Other duties as directed.
