Job summary

The Club at Lake Gibson in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Evening RN/LPN Supervisor to lead our nursing team. This role requires a compassionate leader who can guide staff and ensure high-quality geriatric care.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, participate in hiring, and help set consistent care standards while communicating expectations clearly to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Must be able to relate positively to customers and families and work cooperatively.
