Villa Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to oversee nursing staff during non-business hours at City Center in Warren, MI. The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and ensuring high-quality patient care with adherence to standards.

The Nurse Supervisor RN will perform direct care as needed, coordinate with departments, and support staff development while maintaining compliance and safety across units.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing degree or diploma and an active RN license in Michigan.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as highest on-site authority after-hours and weekends; adjust staffing as needed.
• Offer clinical support to resolve patient care challenges and complex cases.
• Makes rounds to monitor conditions and oversee nursing assignments.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and care plans meet standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant nursing work areas and carts.
