Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. is seeking a House Supervisor to manage a designated nursing unit from 3 PM to 11 PM. The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures regulatory compliance while serving as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.

The position emphasizes staff leadership, care plan implementation, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with physicians and other professionals to maintain high-quality long-term care for residents.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the state of employment is required.
• BSN preferred; ADN required.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in supervision in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor progress with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; participate in care conferences.
