The role requires an active Florida RN or LPN license and 1–3 years of SNF experience. The position offers a competitive pay range of $60,000–$90,000 for RNs or $54,000–$80,000 for LPNs, with an in-person schedule Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and an on-call rotation every 5th weekend.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN or LPN license in Florida.
• Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program.
• 1–3 years of experience in SNF.
• Management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage clinical operations and supervise evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and supervise evening shift staff
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations
• Respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and attend clinical meetings
• Serve as a resource for staff during the shift

What You'll Need
