Job summary

Sunshine Villa, A Merrill Gardens Community, in California, is seeking a Senior Living Nurse for the 3pm–11pm shift. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, dignified care and supporting residents on their wellness journey within a welcoming community.

We seek a licensed nurse (LPN/LVN or RN) with at least 1 year of geriatric nursing experience. This full-time position offers competitive benefits, daily meals, and growth opportunities within the Merrill Gardens family.

Qualifications

A current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state where the community operates.
At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care.

Responsibilities

Providing a high level of customer service to residents and team members by achieving the standards outlined in the MG CARES program.
Supporting and promoting the philosophy, goals, objectives, and programs of the community and Merrill Gardens.
Mentoring caregiving team members in resident services.
Maintaining confidentiality and respect toward residents, team members, and visitors.
Providing direct care to residents according to their identified service needs within company policies and state requirements.
Communicating with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as directed.
