Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Clinical nursing experience 3-5 years.
• Nurse educator experience 2-3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop educational programs and curricula for nursing staff.
• Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training.
• Facilitate orientation programs for new nursing hires.
• Organize continuing education opportunities for nursing staff.
• Evaluate clinical skills and create development plans for staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Maintain records of programs, attendance, and staff competencies.
