Responsibilities

• Design and develop educational programs and curricula for nursing staff.
• Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in‑service training.
• Facilitate orientation programs for new nursing hires.
• Organize continuing education opportunities for nursing staff.
• Evaluate and assess clinical skills and create development plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to align educational initiatives with goals.
• Maintain records of programs, attendance, and evaluations.
