Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Nursing Attendant for the Full Time Evening shift (3PM - 11PM) at 3 North Med Surg/Tele. The role supports nurses and ICU technicians, monitors vitals, and assists with meals and transport, delivering comfort and compassionate patient care.

You will work to maintain a safe, clean environment, follow orientation requirements, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous Nurse’s aide experience or approved Nurse Aid training program.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• HS Diploma or GED; or BSN junior year clinical practicum.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blood pressure and temperature; assist with meals and transport.
• Provide compassionate care and support as part of the care team.
• Measure and record vitals; maintain safe, clean patient environment.
