Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing, nursing administration, public health or directly related field and 12 months in administrative/supervisory role with Georgia RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 48 months RN experience, 24 months in supervisory capacity with Georgia RN license.
• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff and provides clinical guidance to nurses and nursing personnel.
• Leads process improvement initiatives, conducts audits, analyzes findings and implements recommendations.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary Treatment Teams to support client care and outcomes.
• Provides education and guidance to clients and staff on nursing practices and related needs.
• Assists with nursing administration and management during evening shift; may provide direct RN care when needed.
