Compass Group USA's TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a Patient Observation Lead in Wichita, KS. This role leads the Patient Observation Associates and supports the department managers to ensure safe, timely, and accurate patient observation.

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with rotating shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm and 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with weekends rotating. Previous leadership experience is preferred, and the pay ranges from $17.36 to $21.61 per hour.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily work of other Patient Observation Associates.
• Communicates with associates, resources staffing, client staff and leadership, as appropriate.
• Coordinates associate assignments, as specified. Communicating with client personnel, as appropriate.
• Performs and/or ensures float break coverage, to support associates at offsite accounts, where/when applicable.
• Communicates policies and procedures to ensure compliance, standardization, and processes for improvement.
• Completes shift reports, break sheets, and associate patient assignments to ensure coverage and support, as appropriate.
• Must be able to all duties of Patient Observation Associates.
• Cross-trained in Patient Transport and/or other departments when/where applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
