Holland Hospital is seeking a part-time patient care assistant to work 7pm–7am, two nights a week, with every third weekend required. Under RN supervision, you will perform patient care tasks and clerical duties, document measurements, and support unit operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and BLS within 60 days of hire; CNA preferred and bilingual English/Spanish a plus. The role may involve 48 hours every two weeks and shifts year-round.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; BLS for Healthcare Provider within 60 days after hire.
• CNA preferred; previous patient care experience preferred; knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in the delivery of direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Document patient care activities and data using forms or information systems.
• Perform clinical skills such as vital signs, aseptic technique, specimen collection, basic respiratory care, ostomy care, and post-mortem care as assigned.
