Responsibilities include updating orders, ensuring data accuracy, communicating changes across departments, and archiving completed work orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours as needed.
• Strong attention to accuracy in data and orders.
• Proficient using computers to manage work orders and records.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for completeness and accuracy against production needs.
• Print and create labels for daily work orders used by Production.
• Update work orders to reflect changes in requirements, materials, or quantities.
• Verify component availability to support scheduled production.
• Coordinate with departments when materials or information are unavailable.
• Monitor order progress and communicate updates to affected teams.
