Job summary

ZIEHL-ABEGG in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an Order Processing Coordinator for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will review and maintain work orders, verify material availability, and coordinate schedule changes to keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities include updating orders, communicating changes to Production, Planning, and Customer Service, and ensuring proper documentation as production completes. Requires ability to work on the production floor, sit for long periods, and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and production support.
• Ability to review and update work orders and coordinate materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Print and create labels for daily work orders for Production.
• Review and update work orders reflecting production changes.
• Verify materials and components availability for scheduled production.
• Coordinate with departments when resources are unavailable or unclear.
• Monitor production schedule and adjust as needed to support priorities.
