Job summary

Seaman Paper Co. is hiring a part-time Machine Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Orange, MA. You will set up and run paper converting equipment, load rolls, and ensure quality while following GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and printouts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate paper converting equipment (sheeters, slitters, crepe streamer).
• Load/unload paper rolls with forklifts and hoists; adjust machine settings.
• Monitor quality and production, document records accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and assist with light maintenance.
• Collaborate with team; rotate duties and support during peak periods.
