Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vitals, and support residents toward their health goals.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Graduate Nurses welcome!

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and industry developments
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care
