Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support: provide direct support or assistance as per individual service plans, assisting with socialization, personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transportation, shopping, citizenship, and daily living activities.
• Records: accurately document progress and activity and maintain confidentiality.
• Management of Individuals’ Assets: make cost-effective purchases within the individual’s budget and preferences.
• Relationships: maintain healthy, professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
