Qualifications

• Experience with signs and symptoms of substance abuse preferred.
• Associates Degree in Addiction Counseling/related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site after-hours supervision.
• Oversee all program and facility operations during evening and overnight hours.
• Maintain daily log of evening activities and incidents.
• Respond to afterhours emergencies, contact medical, psychiatric or custody staff if necessary.
• Maintain safety and security of facility.
• Answer phones.
• Ensure that residents comply with program rules.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Participate in daily shift change and review logs.
• Embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation.
